How to get here

Plane + metro (Euro 6.80) = Arriving at Palermo Airport, take the train to the Palazzo Reale-Orleans stop. Exit the station and cross the street. Now follow the road as it goes downhill and then curves to the right. You will see San Giovanni degli Eremiti on your right. Continue straight and turn left; you are now on Via Mongitore. Continue for another 200 meters to house number 15.

By car = Follow the signs for Ballarò, stop in the large square in front of the Church of the Fornai. Here you will find free parking in the square in front of the apartment building at Via Mongitore 15, or there is a covered, guarded parking garage on the right.

I will send you a video to show you how to access the apartment, but do not worry, because I will be there to welcome you.

The apartment is fully equipped, you don't need to bring anything else but your clothes. If anything should be missing, just ask!

House rules

Welcome! We are happy to host you and hope your stay will be pleasant and relaxing. We kindly ask for a few small attentions to help us keep the house clean, comfortable, and welcoming for the guests who will arrive after you.

For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules:

Energy Saving

We care about the environment and ask for your help in avoiding waste.

• Turn off the air conditioners when you leave the apartment.
• Use water, electricity, and gas responsibly, avoiding unnecessary consumption.

🔐 Safety

For your safety and that of the house:

• Always lock the front door when you leave the house.
• Close the windows before leaving the apartment.
• Window grates must remain closed at all times,even when you are inside. The installed mosquito screens allow you to air out the rooms while keeping insects and mosquitoes away.

🧼 House Cleaning

To keep the environment pleasant:

• Consume meals only in the kitchen/living room and not in the bedroom or bathrooms.
• Avoid leaving food on tables or in the sink.
• At the end of the day or if you'll stay away all day, dispose of waste in the designated bins in the courtyard to avoid attracting insects.

🛋️ Care of Furniture and Linen

We kindly ask you to preserve the house furnishings:

• The white towels are for use inside the apartment: please do NOT take them to the beach and use the beach towels instead..
• Before using face towels, make sure you have completely removed makeup, —especially mascara and waterproof products—to avoid permanent stains.
• Avoid sitting on the sofa or cushions with a wet bathing suit. 
• Please avoid eating or drinking on the bed or sofa.. 
• Please Do not place feet with shoes or dirty socks on armchairs, sofas, or cushions.
• Do not place suitcases on the bed or pouf bed..
• Do not walk on the shower mats with shoes or flip flops. Once you've finished having a shower place the shower mats on the shower doors.
